After saving the file, does the entire animation jerk?

In Photoshop CC, I created an animated GIF in the timeline, the animation is smooth, mostly fades (appearance of fonts, pictures, background change). After saving the file, the entire animation is jerky, it feels like 1-5 fps, although it shows that it is 30fps. Maybe I'm saving with the wrong parameters? What could be the snag?
This is how it should be - export to mp4
And this is how it turns out with Save for wed
Screen of parameters Save for websaveforweb.jpg
