After replacing the video card, the speaker gives a malfunction signal, but the video card is working, what should I do?

Good afternoon, help me figure it out. There is an old computer (motherboard - Gigabyte GA-MA770-UD3, video card Radeon HD 2600, power supply - FSP Group ATX-600PNR 600W) the cooler stopped working on the video card, in connection with this, a new GeForce GT 220 card was bought, but after installation , at startup, the speaker gives out 1 long and 2 short beeps (google search gives information about the problem of the video card or the connector on the motherboard). I tried to put this card in another computer and it started, the video card turned out to be working, I also put my working video card (geforce 660) in the old computer and it also worked. What could be the problem and what to do if the video card does not work in one computer and works fine in another? PS I cleaned the PCI connector, the power supply outputs voltage within the normal range.

The first thing that comes to mind is food.
I propose to power another PSU and then all questions about nutrition will be removed.
