After reinstalling Windows, svg graphics are not supported. How to fix?

Recently I reinstalled Windows due to problems with the laptop, when I started to make up the site and just surf on the Internet, I noticed that I didn’t see svg files visually. Instead of them, rectangular geometric shapes, well, it immediately became clear that they are not supported (although everything was ok before the reinstallation). Although this is strange, I go to font awesome - I see icons, I insert them into index.html - rectangles.

Browsers don't use windows system libraries to render svg.
The reason is clearly not this.
Try updating your video card drivers, opengl and directx.
