I welcome everyone. The essence of the issue is as follows: there is a hap ac lite router and a map lite access point configured in Capsman mode.
I’ll make a reservation right away that I set everything up according to the instructions on the Internet, and although I myself understand, I recently began to deal with mikrotik equipment, especially with the capsman mode.
The access point is connected via POE.
Both devices have the latest stable firmware. So, everything works fine, exactly until the moment when, for some reason, electricity is lost.
After loading the devices, capsman only works on the router, the access point works fine according to the indicators, but in fact, the devices do not connect to it until I turn capsman off and on on the access point.
With what it can be connected?
I already thought maybe because of POE? Like, since the access point does not start working immediately when electricity appears, but with some delay after loading the router.
In general, I have not yet been able to solve the problem on my own and I hope for your help.

And how are interfaces created in capsman? Through provisioning?
