After installing Windows updates along with Chocolatey, friezes began?
After installing Node.js along with Chocolatey, a Powershell script was launched that installed some updates for Windows 10 20H1 without my permission, after which the system began to work noticeably slower and less stable.
Before installation, a message constantly hung in the notifications asking me to install update KB4592438, but I did not agree, at least because of this .
Now when I run the wmic qfe list command via cmd, I see this:
In the installed list there is the same update KB4592438. While Bsod's are not noticed, however, I have an Intel platform and I want to get rid of this muck as soon as possible.
The wusa.exe /uninstall /kb:KB4592438 command does not help, because "A mandatory update cannot be removed...".
I do not want to reinstall the system, what can I think of?
PS Thank you Node.js and Chocolatey for your concern!
