After installing the ubuntu 20.04 OS and then starting it, an error appears, what can I do?

I am a beginner, I reinstalled the system from a bootable USB flash drive based on the manual from the losst website ( https://losst.ru/ustanovka-ubuntu-20-04 )
After the reinstallation, the system asked to reboot, after that there was a loop: an unsuccessful attempt to boot, followed by a reboot, and so constantly. The error itself is:
System bootOrder not found initializing defaults.
Creating boot entry "boot0040" with label "fedora" for file "\EFI\Fedora\shim.efi"

System bootOrder not found initializing defaults.
Creating boot entry "boot0042" with label "ubuntu" for file "\EFI\ubuntu\shimx64.efi"

Reset system

Knowledgeable people said that most likely a conflict with hardware, although the RAM memory was replaced by 8GB (the hardware itself: Acer Aspire ES1-531-P547 laptop ( https://www.dns-shop.ru/product/de106135df653330/1... ) Is it possible to do something or try to install another distribution, for example, fedora? Before that, there was ubuntu 18.10, but I had to install a newer version 20.04 but failed due to an error :(

A cursory googling points to the SecureBoot rake in the BIOS. You need to either disable this crap completely, or tell it that the installed boot image is all secure (trusted for execution). I recommend the first.
