I think each of you noticed this 3-hour VK failure (messages not working, pictures not loading, etc.). It seems that everything fell into place, but all bots (including mine) stopped functioning due to the fact that the API stopped sending events (as verified by debugging). If someone has already solved this problem - share the solution.
