Adobe Illustrator CC 2017 can't open more than one previously saved file?

As soon as I open more than one file from the hard drive in Adobe Illustrator CC 2017, it freezes and I have to turn it off through the task manager. Does everyone have this problem?

Put 2017, everything opens without problems. Tough luck.
