In general, you need a graphic editor in which it is convenient to draw a layout. Perhaps some applications like Scetch like on iOC. I understand that there is no other program that will replace all the features of the Adobe application series. But, I would like to find something convenient for Ubuntu (14.04) so as not to load windows. I would like to combine the development of the site and its rendering in one operating system. Thanks

The best replacement is inkscape. In terms of functionality for web design, it is not inferior to Scetch.
