Address space accounting program?

Hello Habrazhitel!

I'm looking for some program to account for the address space in a network with a huge number of subnets.
The program must be client-server, it is desirable to have a thick client and the ability to download / upload the database back and forth (for working in places where the network is not available, for prompt changes).

Various network scanners, .txt and .exel do not offer. Paid solutions are considered, if only there was an opportunity to evaluate the functionality before buying.

So far I've only seen NocProject and IPplan, now I'm trying to understand what they can do.

Thanks in advance!

Plus NOCProject. Although, the product is still raw, and it is not a fact that it will be suitable for your tasks.

As a solution for accounting for address space, a tool that is not as fancy as NOC, RackTables, may well suit you. Free, free, open, that's it. In addition to planning the space itself, there is a binding to real devices / l3 interfaces. The rest of the functionality, I suppose, take a look for yourself.
