Address bar in Chrome browser and setting its behavior?

Hello.
In our company, the .dev domain has been raised for internal projects.
Hence the blabla.dev domain names.
When you specify such domain names in the address bar of Chrome, it does not consider them a website address and displays a search page.
If you specify a protocol before the domain, i.e. blabla.dev is fine.
Question: Is it possible to somehow tell him (Chrome) that he reacts to the blabla.dev domain as an address
and does not require the protocol to be specified?

You can make a “Search Engine” dev with the keyword d and the “search address” %s.dev
Then you can go to the site using
d<space>blabla

In the "Advanced settings", you must select: use DNS prefetching to speed up page loading.
