Adding YouTube / Vimeo videos via VK API?

Hey! You need to place a video from youtube/vimeo in attachments at wall.post. Not a link, but a video.
Obviously, this is the last resort, we don’t need a crutch with loading to ourselves and unloading on VK.
The question seems to be common, but it seems Google has exhausted itself.

attachments
list of objects attached to the post, separated by ",". The attachments field is represented in the format:
<owner_id>_<media_id>,<owner_id>_<media_id>
— media application type:
photo — photo
video — video recording
audio — audio recording
doc — document
<owner_id> — media application owner ID
<media_id > is the ID of the media application.
For example:
photo100172_166443618, photo66748_265827614
Also, in the attachments field, you can specify a link to an external page that you want to place in the status, for example:
photo66748_265827614, http://habrahabr.ru
If you try to attach more than one link, an error will be returned.
The parameter is required if the message parameter is not specified.
