Hello!
1) try deleting the htaccess file, then go to the admin panel Settings - Permalinks and update (click "Save"). If this does not fix the problem, then:
2) disable plugins one by one to eliminate a possible conflict. Maybe some plugin is not working properly. In particular, pay attention to whether there are plugins that create redirects or are designed for SSL. (Really simple SSL and similar)
3) Change the theme to default and check again
4) Have you migrated the site recently? If so, did you replace links in the database with an automatic machine? Maybe then there was a mistake.
5) Look at what settings are registered in Settings - General. And is there https at the end.
