Add software to Live distribution?

Lord, good day.
There is a Live distribution - Tails. But it doesn't have skype.
Tell me how to rebuild it (correct term?) With Skype already installed, or throw literature on the topic (preferably in Russian).

If you don't really need tails, then on susestudio.com you can build a distribution kit with everything you need in a few clicks.
