Hello, there is a need to add the response of the authorized person on applications to the mail template "change of status to accepted". Those. when the responsible person, for example, receives an application for a car and sets the status - accepted for consideration, writes the answer - "the car will be of this brand, the number is this", confirms his actions, and the user would still come directly in a letter with a notification about the status change to "accepted" response text, without the need to go to the portal.
