Add App to Trusted WinXP [Solved]?

Strange, but the search did not help.
There is one portable program, or rather an .exe file. Every time you start it, the Windows firewall asks "whether to trust the application"?
How to make it so that for an exe file with such a name this dialog box does not appear?

gpedit.msc - User Configuration - Administrative Templates - Windows Components - Attachment Manager - Low Risk File Type Exclusion List - Enable.
Add the desired extensions to the field below, for example:
.jpg;.jpeg;.bmp;.gif;.png;.exe;.zip;.rar;.msi;.7z;.tiff;.psd;.doc;.lnk ;.msc;.scf;chm;
