Add an ID field in the BITRIX infoblock settings for a new list value, how?

In this window, you can change XML_ID, Value, Sort., Default. and ID has background of unchangeable background.
In php, adding a review is set through
where value = ID.
Can this be done without deleting the infoblock?

Desktop > Content > Infoblocks > Types of infoblocks
Open the IB you need and add the field you need.

The ID does not need to be changed.
