Adapter for connecting an external video card for MacBook, will it work?

Hello!
Task: there is a MacBook pro 13/retina/2015 laptop, there is a gtx650ti video card, you need to make them friends so that the external video card starts working as the main laptop card.
Possible solution: install Windows via BootCamp, install firewood gtx650ti, found an adapter for an external video card pci-e-pci tyts , through this adapter we put gtx650ti into our laptop.
Question:

1. Will this bundle work and will the laptop see an external video card?
   
2. If I understand correctly, then the connection to the laptop will be via usb 3.0, but is usb 3.0 bandwidth sufficient for an external video card? If not, then maybe you need to use another connection port (which one?)?

Есть 4 варианта:
1. Ноут с докстанцией. Докстанция (внутри нее ) меньше системника.
Минусы: докстанция размером с половину системника, нужен монитор, клава, мышь.
2. Системник.
Самый плохой вариант: придется постоянно синхронизировать файлы, самый габаритный.
Портативность нулевая.
3. Игровая консоль.
Минус: ограниченный выбор игр. Многие жанры есть только на PC.
4. Игровой ноутбук 17".
Компромисный вариант, я выбрал его.
Самая лучшая портативность.
А это устройство проще всего купить (оно дешевое) и протестировать (если под рукой есть блок питания и хорошая видеокарта).
Но это ухудшенная версия моего пункта 1, который и без этого не слишком хорош.
