What parameter in the .msi package is responsible for the type of backup (PC or server)?
The manual for mass deployment describes the following parameters: adress, username, password, no_shortcut and proxy.

By default, computers with win10 are added to synology in the "physical servers" group

From some version of the agent, computers with win10 are added as PCs, but now win server is added as PCs.
