Activating OnlyOffice?

I installed the OnlyOffice package at work, it works adequately, but activation does not work.
According to the instructions, I entered the parameters of the smtp server, but the letter does not arrive (an empty letter came to gmail for the rest of the mailboxes, none at all). tell me how to fix it or any alternative.
