Acer Iconia Tab A200 bootloader recovery?

Good day to readers. I fell into the hands of an Acer Iconia Tab A200 tablet with a dead bootloader. Black screen and APX mode.
Together with him I got a program to restore the bootloader, it requires CPUID (yes), MBID (yes) and a login with a password to their SIC server that performs some kind of manipulation and returns the SBK code.
It is required to send commands to the device. Each device has its own SBK based on CPUID.
Actually the question is, was someone able to solve the login / password problem and get this code? All this must be done bypassing the service. Perhaps someone can help in obtaining this code for my values?
