The fact is that once about a year ago I registered on oDesk. There, I practically filled out nothing and just hangs somewhere in the vastness of an ownerless account ... Here. Yesterday I signed up and made a new account to another mail and completely forgot that there were already some .. I already filled it out a bit and, in principle, I don’t want to remember that old one, and even more so, I didn’t work there, but even the most necessary minimum did not fill initially. Can I now at one fine moment catch a ban on a new account? Maybe you can somehow remove that old one yourself? He's not in the bath, but I just forgot about him)
And tell me please, where on the site you can read about the rules so as not to break anything?

Write to the TP from the mail of the account that needs to be deleted.

Topic closed. In the profile settings there is a button - "Close this account". Ask the reason and instantly removed.
