Accessing a website by Javascript Cookie?

Somehow I decided to parse one news site, but it didn’t work out, since cookies are installed and checked on this site using js. Accordingly, the bot cannot accept cookies that are set by means of javascript and the site simply does not return the page.
Question: how do search bots index such sites?

Well, sections accessible only after authorization, as a rule, are not indexed, why? The rest of the search engine eats with a bang.
