Access to ALL files on Synology - how?

I have a NAS - a Synology DS-213+ box, in fact it is a Linux computer.
Different services are raised on it, everything is cool, but every time to change one line in some config, you have to climb there via SSH through Putty. It's tiring, although vi is flattering to use =)

Question: is there any way to get to all the files on volume1 over the network using something sane like SFTP?

Thanks for the ideas and suggestions.

Try WinSCP.

Since there is SSH, then SFTP should also work (for example, through the plugin of the same name in Total Commander).

Synology DS411j, I connect to WinSCP on behalf of the root using the key (access by password for root is prohibited in the config), I move remarkably from the root to the entire file system, but WinSCP does not understand Cyrillic. Well, I installed MC according to the instructions from here: synology-forum.ru/wiki/index.php/Midnight_Commander
