Access to a site created with OPENSERVER through an access point?

There is a laptop on which the OPENSERVER panel program is installed and a website has been created. Could my friends connect to the access point (on my laptop) and go to that site opened in the open server? On laptop and mobile phone. Just don't want a hosting service. For earlier ATP.
