Access to a remote computer?

There are two computers. The first is without input / output devices, only the system unit. In the network settings it was specified - automatically obtain an IP address. The second computer is a work laptop.
Is there any way to connect directly to the first computer over the network and transfer files from the hard drive to the laptop?
It is not possible to connect a hard drive to a laptop (HDD is a very old model), it is also not possible to connect a monitor to the first computer.

Raise a DHCP server on the laptop, connect the computer to the laptop with a patch cord.
Depending on what is on the laptop, attach either via ssh / scp or via RDP or via SMB balls. Since it is not known which of the operating systems is on the computer and laptop, it is not clear what to use.

If the disk is IDE, you can find an IDE-USB adapter, connect the disk to the laptop and copy. For older ones, I'd try hooking up a 3" floppy drive or a null modem cable, but it's a bit difficult without a monitor.

What a real puzzle. If there is a usb, you can boot from a livecd flash drive / sidirum and pull files from there via ssh.

Based on your clarifications, I'm afraid the only option is to run this machine from a Linux LiveCD that has the necessary network settings pre-made. If the disk is very old, then it might be worth looking for a data recovery office, I think they can help.

If neither the Machine Name nor the ip address is known, I would use some kind of address scanner to find out. Then I would try RDP access, or install DameWare if the administrator password is known.
