Access error while installing Opencart theme?

Hello!
We suffer which day. We installed OpenCart, then we wanted to install a theme, but... it wasn't there.
The theme is not put, gives the following error:

2016-07-29 19:24:30 - PHP Warning:  ZipArchive::extractTo(/var/www/opencard//admin/controller/module/custom_menu.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /var/www/opencard/catalog/controller/tool/unishop.php on line 157

All folders and files belong to www-data user. On files the rights even on execution are issued. What could be the problem?
Could it be that the www-data user does not have rights to the unzip command? If yes, how to fix?

well, it seems to me that there are two reasons for
this
: opencard//admin/
is written opencarT
and secondly, two slashes ,
check if such a directory exists on the server

1) Remove execution rights. They are unnecessary and redundant.
2) most likely, there are no rights specifically to access the directory, but it is quite possible that execution of commands is prohibited (because it is a dangerous idea, in general, to allow php to execute system commands)
3) Actually, it is best to upload the topic according to the desired way by alternative methods. For example, sftp (so as not to transfer your passwords and file contents via "naked" ftp in clear text).
