Access computer files from another computer via wifi

Hello. I have never dealt with servers, nor with setting up various access points, Wi-Fi networks, etc.: in general, a complete layman in this. Suddenly I wanted to climb the contents of computer A through computer B via Wi-Fi. A router is connected to computer A, computer B has built-in wifi. On both devices, windows 7.
