Accepting payments Robokassa ($)?

Hello. The essence of the question is that there is a site on it that accepts payments in the currency of the Ruble, I decided to translate the site into English and that the prices would be in dollars, so here are the questions
1) Is it possible to accept both dollars and rubles in 1 store? Or will dollars be converted into rubles?
2) Then I can convert the price for the goods from dollars into rubles and transfer the already converted amount in rubles to the robokassa.
For example: The item costs $5.
I convert 5% at the rate of 79 rubles = 395 rubles. I transfer to OutSum

Please tell me if I think correctly?

You can set the price in any currency at your discretion, debiting from the buyer's card will take place in the processing currency, conversion at the bank's rate. Accordingly, the currency of the product can change depending on the language of the site, because this is done on the side of the merchant.
If you need to write off buyers and get a dollar, then look towards aggregators that process dollars.
