Accepting payments on android not through the Google market?

I am developing an application that publishes psychological analyzes of movie characters based on a paid subscription. I can't understand - can I accept payments not through the Google market (for example, through Poison, Best2Pay) or not? After all, this purchase is not internal to the application, but is a digital product, the results of which the user will use outside the phone.

Well, I have a free application for Android, iOS and Windows with the ability to open content purchased on the site (including the ability to purchase directly from the application, specifying the username and password for registering on the site). Purchases are paid from the internal account on the site, it is already replenished through payment systems.
There are 50 thousand downloads in the same Market, there are no complaints from Google.
PS Based on other comments: yes, content purchased from both the site and the app can be opened in the same app on a different platform. So under the rules, at least Google, my version is quite suitable.

As far as I remember, you, of course, can accept payments not through the play market, but if the gogol finds out about this, he will ban your application.

Look (I don’t use Android, I can’t tell you) how Yandex accepts payments in their Music. If through the Google market, then I'm sure there is no other option.
I suspect that the only option would be to accept payments, for example, on the website. And have a shared user account in Android.

sale of non-digital goods;
Selling digital content that can be used outside of the app (such as tracks that can be played on other players).
