Accepting payments from Western users

Hello.
I monetize the service for the bourgeoisie.
Tell me, what is the easiest (in terms of registration) and the safest (in terms of fraud) method of accepting payments from Western users?
Of all the systems, I do not consider only PayPal - a huge negative experience - a lot of scam.
Payments are frequent, the amount is up to $10-20. The bulk of payments - US, the rest - EU.

Have you thought about Moneybookers? A very nice system...

I think if you want to work with the States, especially if the transactions are small, then you have little choice but to use Paypal or directly process a bank card. There is also Google Checkout - I don’t know anything about it, except that it is still far behind Paypal in popularity. Moneybookers, as a user, I had to use it to pay for a service in one of the CIS countries, and I will say that compared to PayPal where payment is made in two clicks, this is a terrible hemorrhoids, and if we didn’t need it so much (girl online paid for the course) would just score on it. I mean, by replacing Paypal with some moneybookers (or not giving you a choice), you will lose customers who will be deterred by the overly complicated, long and confusing process of paying through this system.
