International payment system for individuals?

Good afternoon!
The task is to accept payments all over the world (mainly, the service is focused on Europe and the USA) with a minimum of headaches and taxes. For the first time, as I understand it, there are no plans for individual entrepreneurs or legal entities, so it is desirable that there be the possibility of registration for individuals.

In terms of content - nothing strange or illegal, it will be a subscription for the opportunity to use the service and download documents (something like PDF files), the subscription should be with recurrent payments (i.e., the subscription cost is deducted from the user's card once a month). Turnovers, especially at first, are planned not to be too large and the subscription cost is low - 10-20 dollars, payment must be by VISA / Mastercard debit card.

Should I look towards 2Ckeckout? As I see, they have a lot of commissions, including hidden ones ($15 for each withdrawal and freezing 10% of profits), and, as I understand it, they do not work with individuals?

Also, I see the Stripe service, and they just can work with individuals and the service itself is very good according to reviews - but, of course, they do not work in Russia.
Maybe you should look towards Stripe, but register the payment system itself for residents of Europe or the USA? I think so, the customer can do this if desired - register for acquaintances or friends.
But how is it from the point of view of their own rules, perhaps if it turns out that everything is registered for a "drop", this is not very good?

Who has had experience in such matters, please advise something sensible, because the deadlines are running out and a decision needs to be made.

Register a company and don't worry, no one will give recurrent payments for physics, as well as a list of unlimited countries for receiving payments

Check out MyCommerce, they work with the self employed. There is a Customer Service from Russia. Withdrawing money to an account in the Russian Federation - a couple of dollars. 2Checkout does not work with physics, but you can try to apply as a self-employed person.
Well, or Stripe through an EU/US resident.
