Accepting applications from registered users and processing their data in the admin panel?
There is a site for summer camps on WordPress, the task is to get away from accepting applications for Google spreadsheets.
What an idea:
- a person goes to the site and selects the camp arrival
- clicks to register for the camp arrival
- if he is logged in, then an application is submitted and information about this user is sent to the admin panel
- if not logged in, then it is proposed to register on the site with entering all required information, return to the registration page.
Tried to remake the buddypress plugin for these tasks, used a private group as a check-in application. However, the functionality did not fit a little. Too little information about the user in the admin panel (the list of people subscribed to the private group consisted of the user id and his name).
If anyone has any ideas on how to implement the tasks, I will be grateful

Hello!
Buddypress has too little functionality. From ready-made plugins, try ultimate member. It even has support for conditional tags + custom fields during registration. In my opinion it should be enough.
If not, it's better to write your own PHP code...+ you can add custom fields through ACF Pro.
