Tell me, do you need a diploma of first education to get a second higher education?
I quit in the 4th year and I don’t regret it - I studied well, very much :) I
have been self-studying all my life.
Now in the plans (in 3-4 years) there is a desire to work in different countries, not immigration, but to gain experience in different countries.
One of the important factors is the availability of higher education. Tell me different ways, I know - many have different experiences (not about countries, but about education)

Recover for evening / correspondence courses and complete your studies in 2-3 years if you need a diploma.
Start a similar path from scratch if you need a specific diploma that is not related to the first one.

With an international approach, for any 240 points for a bachelor's degree, you need to score, and if not for the usual 4 years,
then for three, but if there is a summer semester of study - ...
I have not met here (in Russia), but to the international the tower (HSE) is closest to the approach and look
at software engineering there .... BUT!! I’m afraid it won’t work here (I haven’t been watching for a long time), then
go to some Tallinn or Prague - there you will “acquire” foreign experience ....
also, relatively inexpensive education was (was) in Ireland in Dublin .... But you have to look ....
either east to South Korea or Taiwan, where there are lectures in English ...

Go to an external study, there is a limit of 20 exams per year, obviously you have less left.

Except to pass all the required exams in the program , you have no other legal option.
Even if you, hypothetically, agree at the university on the surrender of an external student, without real study.
Imagine - how much is it?
Oh, and defend your thesis.
Well, you can buy a diploma. But it's illegal.
