About router speed

Question from a newbie in networks:
Internet through a router (its speed is 100 Mbit), all clients are connected via a gigabit switch. Will there be gigabit between two local computers?

physically yes. actual speed indicators will depend on the disk, adapter, quality of network equipment and patch cables.

The performance of routers (and other network equipment) is measured in PPS (Packet per second) not in megabits.
In your case, traffic between two computers connected to the same switch and located in the same substation will not go further than the switch. That is, yes, there will be "gigabit".

Yes, provided that both PCs are in the same VLAN. If in different VLANs, then, respectively, in different subnets that are terminated on the router, so all interaction between VLANs / subnets will occur through the router.
