A4 printout using CSS. How to correctly organize a page break?

In general, the customer asked to make a printed version of what is posted on the site (ads). In its simplest form. But, there is a table and it is incorrectly transferred to a new page when printed. Is there a way to organize printing correctly?..
At the same time, the title says
"ANNOUNCATIONS FROM MARCH 12 TO 19"

And of course, after the break, you need to organize the same title with a changed page number.
