A visual editor with the ability to comment on text?

Dear colleagues!
There are 4 sites that are linked by a panel for editors. Currently, editors use this panel to write and edit articles and post them on target sites. The visual editor in this panel is inconvenient. We are using tinymce. The proofreader cannot comment on the text lines of the authors when they are checked (as in "Google Docs"), the layout designer does not see the html highlighting when the text is being typeset.
Of course, there is an idea to make your own editor, but maybe there are some solutions that work smartly and can do this small list:
- Commenting on the authors' text, the "corrector" function
- HTML syntax highlighting, which works quickly
- Uploading pictures to a folder on the site, creating a new folder for each user, an article automatically.
- Flexible settings for checking text for publication in the site template (substitution of written text in the site template) through editing tools.
