A virtual machine on a weak PC without virtualization support (vt-x)?

Hello. Does anyone know a virtual machine without virtualization support (my old Intel HD Graphics card does not pull). We need this program for at least some, but the launch of Linux mint,
ubuntu and other attributes for informational purposes.

You can try in Qemu.
You can try WSL.
You can try a Live CD or flash drive.
