A vigorous Mac mini?

Good time, I would like to know the opinion of the gurus about the Mac mini upgrade.
The whole story began with the fact that I decided to switch to Swift, respectively, on MacOS. Realizing that the budget is not large (but I want something powerful, I decided to upgrade the old Minik 2012.
So I think to take:
Mac mini 2012 - $ 600
SSD Vector 180 480GB - $ 220
RAM OWC 16GB (2x8GB) PC3-12800 DDR3L 1600MHz SO-DIMM 204 Pin CL11- $150
I would like to know what do you think about this, is it worth it at
all.I want to get the most powerful Mac mini (I will work mainly with Photoshop and code in Swift), so I'm waiting for your suggestions about
RAM and SSD.

Normal option. It's worth doing. My main workplace is made on MD387 Corsair Vengeance 8 GB memory + 500 GB SSD WD. Two monitors dell 2312. Quickly
. Mostly browser and Xcode. I do not use Photoshop, Pixelmator without comment.
If you get better, look for i7 options, yet 4 cores are much better in reviews, and not much more expensive.
