A tool to upload images with the ability to rotate?

Recommend an html5 tool for uploading images to the server with the ability to preview them, change the sort order (drag & drop) and, most importantly, the ability to rotate + -90 degrees at the time of preview. Everyone is happy with Plupload, but it does not have the ability to rotate images.
