A tool for recording user actions from a Russian manufacturer on the Web?
Good afternoon.
To record simple UI tests, we used Tect Cafe (This is a simple tool that allows you to click through the Web interface without writing code to write basic scripts).
Unfortunately, our company fell under sanctions and the manufacturer refused to renew the license.
Alternative manufacturers of similar software (the main ones) are the same from America.
Free software is not welcome in our company, but it is possible.
However, the search for free alternatives has reached a dead end, since everything I find works worse than Tect Cafe.
For example, Silenium IDE and Katalon Recorder cannot record most of the scenarios that Tect Cafe can handle without editing the text of the test.
Questions.
1) Is there in nature a Tool for recording user actions on the Web from a Russian manufacturer? (Or at least not a Western one)?
2) Recommend free tools based on your experience.

It seems that the previous version is free, though 2015
https://testcafe.devexpress.com/Documentation/Usin...
https://github.com/DevExpress/testcafe
Here is the previous version (it is paid by the way) we used.
Now just a cafe test does not contain a recorder, namely it has the whole feature.
And what used to be called TestCafe is called TestCafeStudio.
