A text file is marked as symbolic and a link - how to remove the label from a file that it is a link?

For some reason, a plain text file is marked as a symbolic link.
In bitbucket, you can see its contents in raw mode, but there is no way to open it in the system, as it says that this is a symbolic link and the address is broken.
ls -la shows something like this

lrwxrwxrwx  1 fanis fanis     44 мар 28 13:08 am.po -> # Amharic translation for openobject-addons?

That is, the system considers the file a link, but it is a regular translation file.
How can the problem be solved?
