A solution for creating, storing and publishing product specifications?

Good afternoon.
The company is engaged in B2B trading - it sells industrial raw materials to factories and consumers.
The task is to bring together specifications (technical information) for the proposed products, so that:
* it was not hundreds of separate files, but a single system (or database) in which data can be ordered and edited;
* it would be possible to create templates for a single category of goods;
* be able to publish these specifications on the company's website (CMS - Wordpress), and each specification could be downloaded from the website as a pdf file.
Initially I was looking for a plugin for Wordpress that could handle this, but I didn’t find anything close - everything is mainly for retail.
Can anyone suggest some ideas? It's really not a desire to manage an array of hundreds of files, placing them on the server.

Or an open Wiki, and there you can already customize it to your liking.
