A small laptop with a good screen?

I had a need to buy a small (13-14) laptop, because. my current 17" beast is not very comfortable to go anywhere with it. The problem is that some time ago I worked on a laptop with a Full-HD IPS matrix, and now I can’t look at other screens without nausea. The cheapest laptop I found with a more or less adequate screen is the MacBook Air. But it's pricey and I don't need 90% of what's in it. That is, I'm looking for a laptop with a diagonal of 13-14 and a good screen. The rest of the parameters are not important. For some reason, all the laptops that I have seen with a good screen (Sony Vaio, macbooks, ASUS ZenBook Prime, Dell Precision, ...) are in the region of 40-60 thousand rubles. Is there really not a single budget laptop with a normal matrix?

Maybe you're just pregnant?

Look at the Thinkpad X220 with an IPS-matrix, although it is a little smaller - 12.5''. On eBay it costs about 700 bucks, as far as I remember.
There is also X230 if the "fashionable" keyboard does not bother.

Offhand, there are 2 options - macbook and asus zendbook. But both cost about 40k.
The rest of the bricks are 15.6-17.3 inches.
It seems to me that vendors consider the quality of the matrix to be far from the most important characteristic of a laptop, respectively, in budget models they save on this in the first place
