Сверстанные макеты добавлять в портфолио без согласия автора макета нельзя.

Posting a layout based on someone else's layout is... how to post a photo of someone else's painting?
Or will you place a "live" layout in your portfolio?
What is the purpose? Show that you can make up but can't design?
