A site under Yandex AGS, how to find out the exact reason?

Six months ago, a new domain was registered for the housevl.ru
studio site. The site was not promoted, links were not purchased, the most ordinary site.
When checking before optimization, I found out that the domain under AGS is from Yandex. Because of what it can be? How exactly to find out the reason? And quickly get out of the AGS?

There is a feedback form on webmaster.yandex.ru. They answer ~2-4 days but sometimes they help
