A simple project manager who calculates the percentage of completion for tasks?

Здравствуйте,
нужна программа для управления списком задач по проекту со следующими возможностями:
1) Бесконечная вложенность задач
2) Возможность установить процент выполнения задачи (при этом считается процент выполнения родительских задач и всего проекта)
3) Есть заметки у задач
Перебрал всё что можно перебрать - такое умеет только Project, но он громоздкий. Есть что-то более простое, желательно оффлайн.

Percent complete is not a good metric. Here's why:
1) Two tasks can have the same percentage of completion, say 90%. At the same time, one can be completed tomorrow, and on the other - for another week of work.
2) If you add a task to the project, and even if you add a developer at the same time, the percentage of completion will still decrease.
3) The most important thing is that the percentage does not answer the question - are you on time or not.
To track progress from simple metrics, you can use the planned completion date or the remaining amount of work.
And don't forget the 2 laws regarding the use of percentages :)
- 90% of the time tasks are in the "90% done" state
- The first 90% of the project is not as difficult as the second 90%.
