A simple online service for the Knowledge Base - any unstructured information
Recommend a simple online service for storing any information (text, photos, attached files) - something like Wikipedia or a knowledge base for a small project group (2-4 people).
Information will be collected / accumulated rather than changed / edited (very rarely)
What wishes:
- online
- reliability
- access restriction
- the ability to search by topics and messages
- labels / tags
- the ability to attach files to the message
-
the ability to make messages both through the browser and send them by mail
daddy, but now I wanted something more comfortable.
What thoughts arose:
1. Use Google's blogger.com
Use a blog as a knowledge base, in which you can write both from the site and by mail.
In my opinion, it’s quite convenient, but there are a couple of disadvantages:
A. you can’t attach files (important)
B. searching for such a blog ... for some reason does not work for me (maybe because the blog is closed, i.e. only 2- m users ... but for Google it's not closed)
2. Use Google. Groups
Already better (you can cling files), but (!) No message tags + search works the same as item 1,
i.e. finding something, and even more so quickly, will be very difficult / difficult.
The estimated volume of such a knowledge base is small, per sec. a day would be enough for 1000 records / 50 - 100 MB, along with all the attached files.
Tell me, what other options for such services could be adapted for this purpose?
(preferably free or very inexpensive)
ps Theoretically, I can put something simple on a subdomain, such as WordPress or DokuWiki, but I don’t want to delve into all sorts of technical issues, terms, etc., i.e. it is desirable to adapt some ready-made service.

your task somehow requires a lot of things, I don’t even know if all these chips are there or not (I just didn’t pay attention).
It seems to me that some free wiki service would suit you, there are a lot of them now. Well, at least take a look at Zoho (www.zoho.com) - there is an analogue of google docs, and a wiki, and much more for collaboration. Starter accounts are free.

In Google. By the way, groups are already canceling files and pages: groups-announcements.blogspot.com/2010/09/notice-about-pages-and-files.html?hl=ru
To mine the person speak about Groupware and that does not understand!
This is also necessary, but with access levels and a closed structure
