A simple free 3D CAD editor?

Need a free (preferably, optional) and easy-to-learn 3D CAD editor. I don't need Blender, 3Ds Max or Cinema 4D. They are for thin. animation, and I need to design a model of technology. SketchUp and Tincercad are not needed.

Try Fusion 360 from Autodesk. Register as a student, there will be a free version for 3 years.
