A simple external site monitoring system?

Hi all!
For the internal needs of the office, a site monitoring system is needed.
Tasks:
- Make HTTP requests once per adjustable interval (it would be cool to have flexible settings, in the spirit of if it fails, then change the interval; rise, change back)
- Measure response time, build graphs
- Send letters if anything
- Have a secretary-friendly face to add sites to monitoring.
Let's just say that a simple shell script with curl and gnuplot is enough for me, but this is purely on my knees for me, and I need to screw a webmort with a base there so that people can shove everything they need themselves, and on this I don’t have enough time, since I’m actually on the “bloody enterprise” on java.
I think fooling around with any nagios is expensive, I'll finish the script faster.
Requesting more leads on something OpenSource . Thanks
UPD: Please pay attention - not a service, but a tool, so that I put it myself.

As a very simple option: Server Monitor (from Peter Baehr) extension for Google Chrome. I monitor 8 servers and is always at hand in the browser.

I wrote a small python script for myself, and began to fasten a bottlepy web face to it. But apparently someone got into my head and wrote a complete analogue of such a “service”, posting the source codes in opensource - pulsh.com/2012/01/monithor-a-free-alternative-to-pingdom , which I will share with you: ) It's just that this script has a hard time with graphs, but that's what it's OpenSource for;)

You shouldn’t talk about Nagios, it’s extremely simple, you don’t need a database, a bunch of ready-made scripts, and it’s just as easy to add your own script if there isn’t one ready.

github.com/madeinnordeste/PHP-Server-Monitor-Plus doesn't really have graphs.

In my opinion, the easiest website monitoring is: inspector-s.online
